Officer - Quality Control

Ensure Transport Authority and company quality guidelines are implemented by supporting Operations. Perform daily quality checks and inspections, report identified errors and concerns to Operations/Fleet, and conduct regular site visits to assess driver and vehicle operational efficiency. Assist drivers with issues on site, support Transport Authority requirements (e.g., Expo2020), and perform spot checks/field trips. Drive corrective actions with the QHSE team and maintain a positive quality culture across stakeholders.
