Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead capacity modeling projects to coordinate across departments and sites and achieve strong production metrics.
  • •Develop models for fab output requirements, including verifying accuracy after bottom-up estimation.
  • •Optimize strategies via capacity analysis, capital optimization planning, and wafer projection impact assessments.
  • •Collaborate with ATE, Satellite-Team, ME, HR, and HVM-Planning to plan future capacity needs and bridge the Plan-to-Performance gap.
  • •Benchmark and work with MCT and partner fabs to close workstation performance gaps and share scenario changes for strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Apply industrial engineering concepts to model capacity thresholds for existing and future technologies.
  • •Develop and validate capacity models that accurately reflect fab output capabilities and meet production goals.
  • •Understand and support future technology node transitions, including estimating fractional capital impacts.
  • •Use statistical data analysis tools to analyze raw data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • •Manipulate and retrieve data effectively using Structured Query Language (SQL) to support capacity and decision analyses.
