Senior Cost Control Manager – Data Center Construction

Act as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management services across a large-scale data center program. Lead change management and commercial governance by evaluating and documenting change events, negotiating change orders, and maintaining change logs, contingencies, and commitment registers. Provide cost analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting, while coordinating with design teams, general contractors, and subcontractors to resolve cost, scope, and scheduling conflicts.
