Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard and train new teleoperation operators, establishing consistent standards for task execution, data quality, and reporting
  • •Monitor and evaluate operator performance and demonstration data quality across active projects
  • •Establish and improve QA processes, and maintain oversight of data custody, tracking, reporting, and issue investigation
  • •Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks for teleoperation workflows
  • •Build and maintain the operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation the function runs on

  • •2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment
  • •Background in a structured, process-driven or fast-paced operational setting

  • •Proven ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
