As Teleoperation Trainer, you will onboard and train teleoperation operators, standardize data quality, and act as a bridge between operations and engineering on teleoperation and policy systems. You’ll maintain hands-on proficiency with robotic systems, manage QA processes, and translate field feedback into actionable engineering insights while scaling the program across projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and train new teleoperation operators, establishing consistent standards for task execution, data quality, and reporting
•Monitor and evaluate operator performance and demonstration data quality across active projects
•Establish and improve QA processes, and maintain oversight of data custody, tracking, reporting, and issue investigation
•Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and quality frameworks for teleoperation workflows
•Build and maintain the operational systems, trackers, reporting cadences, and documentation the function runs on

•2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, operations coordination, or a technical environment
•Background in a structured, process-driven or fast-paced operational setting
•No specific educational requirement

•Proven ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
