EHS Manager

Lead and manage Sika’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) program to reduce accidents and injuries while supporting efficient operations and employee/customer well-being. Act as the authority for EH&S, ergonomics, and industrial hygiene; conduct hazard assessments (JHA/JSA), incident investigations, and root-cause corrective actions. Integrate corporate/regional EH&S into daily operations, oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs, and manage EH&S compliance reporting and systems.
