Key Responsibilities

  • •Design Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains and integrate technology and service design to meet client requirements.
  • •Guide a virtual team of domain experts to develop secure service solutions and validate new design features and delivery models.
  • •Lead service design deliverables, map client requirements to proposed service elements and architectures, and develop consolidated requirements, scope, and transition documents.
  • •Support sales with architecture presentations focused on cost savings, growth opportunities, and sharing client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, ensure delivery transition supportability, identify service costs, populate cost models, and secure relevant stakeholder signoffs.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced knowledge of Managed Services and delivery models, including cloud and global distributed delivery models.
  • •Proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services.
  • •Advanced knowledge of emerging trends and Managed Services Integration, including Application development, Cloud Native Services, and platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • •Ability to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field. TOGAF certification is advantageous.
