Deliver an elevated Coach shopping experience as the front-line ambassador: build client relationships through personalized styling, drive sales with cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal/store KPIs. Support daily store operations including POS transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and asset protection. •Build lasting client relationships with personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support store operations including transactions, daily cash wrap, inventory processing/replenishment, visual merchandising, and stockroom maintenance.

Key Requirements

•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including walkie-talkie use and ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak busy season, and public holidays).
