Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the management and coordination of the design process under the direction of the UK Design Manager.
  • •Record design change processes and apply effective protocols to support delivery of design solutions.
  • •Support the UK Design Manager with leadership of the design process and assessment of performance metrics.
  • •Set up and monitor/record progress against the design management plan for assigned projects.
  • •Compile and maintain accurate deliverables, identify threats to progress/scope, and support project control functions with required tools and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Good spoken and written English evidenced by an internationally recognised English language qualification.
  • •Ability to obtain information from people and proactively translate it into meaningful reports, programmes, or spreadsheets.
  • •Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in design management and relevant design management processes/lifecycle frameworks.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft software such as Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
