Job Summary

Support execution of partnerships, sponsorships, events, and placemaking initiatives across assigned AMBU assets in Asset Management Oman. Help deliver centrally defined strategies through high-quality on-ground activations that improve customer experience, support tenant objectives, and drive commercial value. Partner with Regional Marketing, Asset, Leasing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams; coordinate agencies and vendors end to end; track activation KPIs; and assist with activation budgets and vendor costs.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the amplification and execution of partnership agreements, activations, and placemaking initiatives across assigned assets.
•Ensure activations comply with brand guidelines, customer experience standards, and safety requirements.
•Deliver flagship events and experiential initiatives end to end, including briefing agencies, design, production, installation, and dismantling.
•Deliver tenant marketing partnerships and promotions such as co-branded activations, in-store campaigns, opening support, and collaborations.
•Act as day-to-day point of contact for partners, sponsors, and activation vendors; track KPIs like footfall and engagement, and support budget and vendor-cost management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
•2-5 years of experience in partnerships, events, activations, or experiential marketing roles.
•Experience delivering on-ground activations in retail, hospitality, or consumer environments.
•Strong communication skills.
•Strong organization skills.
