CSA Construction Manager

Manage and coordinate CSA (civil, structural, and architectural) construction activities for a major shipyard development project in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey region. As part of an Owner’s Representative/PMC team, oversee field execution, monitor contractor performance, resolve RFIs/submittals and field changes, and support QA/QC. Lead interface coordination across disciplines (including MEP and marine works), participate in site meetings, and drive progress reporting, risk escalation, and closeout of CSA work packages.
