Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute tailored onboarding plans with milestones, timelines, and success metrics.
  • •Guide customers through initial Moniebook POS setup and configuration to fit their workflow.
  • •Deliver one-on-one and group live training to retail staff on core features, best practices, and workflows.
  • •Monitor usage, transaction volume, feature adoption, and engagement signals; intervene with targeted support for at-risk customers.
  • •Provide troubleshooting during onboarding, document interactions and progress in CRM/CS tools, and complete handoffs to Account Managers with customer context and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management (preferably SaaS, retail technology, or POS systems).

  • •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose customer challenges and recommend solutions.
