Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, ensure safe and continuous operation of seasoning coverage for products.
  • •Monitor and replenish seasoning/toppings to maintain proper seasoning coverage on product.
  • •Plan ahead for product/seasoning changeovers to efficiently switch between product items.
  • •Keep tumblers/scales and work areas clean, wipe equipment down per allergen program, and store supplies appropriately.
  • •Prepare equipment for re-work, report equipment problems, and work with QA; participate in sensory testing.
