  • •Identify potential issues with foresight to prevent them from occurring, and manage any defects that arise.
  • •Witness testing and attend progress meetings.
  • •Issue communications per contract requirements and maintain contemporary records of observations in conjunction with the Project Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide NEC Supervisor or NEC Project Manager Accreditation.
  • •Hold a relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification.
  • •Have relevant construction experience and a strong understanding of construction methods.
  • •Demonstrate commitment to service excellence and delivering to agreed quality standards.
  • •Collaborate confidently within a large project team and use digital systems to access project information and record defects.
