Job Summary

Provide courteous, prompt support in the Bank’s Customer Service Center by handling customer calls and resolving questions and complaints. Assist customers with checking, savings, time deposits, IRAs, loans, safe deposit boxes, internet banking, debit cards, and credit cards, including opening/closing and account maintenance. Maintain call quality goals, represent the Bank professionally, and follow policies while keeping management informed of issues.

•Present and explain Bank products and services, including opening, closing, and maintaining relevant accounts.
•Handle complaints professionally and maintain call quality goals while adhering to Bank policies (other duties as assigned).

Key Requirements

•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions and problems in a professional manner.
•1 year of customer service experience.
•Associate degree (or two years of related experience and/or training) or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
•Preferred knowledge of the Bank’s products, services, and policies/procedures.
•Excellent communication/public relations skills, strong computer skills, and ability to work well under pressure and as needed overtime.
