Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and operate a single-blade saw based on production scheduling sheets.
  • •Ensure materials meet quality specifications (grade, size, moisture content, etc.).
  • •Feed material according to specifications and periodically check equipment to maintain specs.
  • •Offload and stack material in accordance with established procedures (and cover/label/band finished product if required).
  • •Complete pre-shift equipment inspection checklist, maintain safe work areas, complete LOTO as required, and perform preventive maintenance as specified.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • •Minimum 3 months of experience using saws or similar equipment; some manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of basic math is preferred.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
