Job Summary

Oversee cabin appearance, cleanliness, and customer-facing presentation across the passenger journey. Develop standards, manage cabin cleaning programs, and ensure contracted service providers meet compliance and service level requirements through inspections and audits. Lead quality assurance across end-to-end ground and onboard touchpoints, analyzing feedback and audit findings to identify trends and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement in line with Gulf Air’s brand and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement cabin appearance, cleanliness, and presentation standards, and ensure consistent compliance across customer-facing areas.
•Oversee cabin cleaning programs, schedules, and service delivery, including managing contracted cleaning providers and investigating deficiencies.
•Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs to monitor service delivery against customer experience standards and business objectives.
•Assess the end-to-end passenger journey (reservations, check-in, airport services, lounges, boarding, onboard services, baggage delivery, and post-flight services) and measure compliance.
•Analyze feedback, audit findings, complaints, and service performance data to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and prepare quality assurance reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management, Quality Management, or an equivalent major.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in the related field.
•Ability to develop and implement cabin appearance and cleanliness policies, standards, and procedures.
•Experience conducting inspections/audits and assessing end-to-end passenger journey service quality.
•Ability to analyze customer feedback, audit findings, and operational reports to recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement.
