Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the infrastructure technical roadmap, engineering execution, and architectural integrity for mission-critical platforms.
  • •Drive database and platform modernization, including replatforming from traditional relational DBMS (e.g., DB2) to distributed databases (e.g., Oceanbase).
  • •Refactor and migrate core legacy services to modern, open-source-aligned architectures using containerization and scalable cluster networking/storage.
  • •Architect and scale AI/data engineering infrastructure (GPU clusters, distributed storage, low-latency networking) and establish enterprise AI-Ops/MLOps across hybrid-cloud environments.
  • •Lead delivery modernization (Agile, MVP rollouts, CI/CD automation), mentor cross-functional teams, and ensure resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and security hardening with zero-trust segmentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or principal architecture role.
  • •Domain expertise in banking/fintech or large-scale digital platform modernization.
  • •Advanced backend proficiency (e.g., Java, Python, Go) and event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift, cloud-native infrastructure, and network/storage plugins such as Multus.
  • •Experience executing large-scale migrations with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and strict automated testing.
