Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of complex spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA. Translate requirements and solution designs into actionable implementation plans, orchestrating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time and to a high quality bar. Serve as a technical advisor across pre-sale through go-live, leveraging ERP/HRIS/APIs and integration blueprints, and feed customer insights back to Product and Engineering to improve roadmap outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and expansions, shaping integration approaches and overall solution design.
•Partner with activation/onboarding and account management teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures using ERP, HRIS, and API integrations.
•Lead technical discovery with sales to understand customer systems, data flows, and workflows, and recommend best-fit integration blueprints.
•Troubleshoot integration hurdles with customers and guide complex configuration decisions with robust, maintainable implementation design.
•Create and maintain internal documentation/playbooks and channel customer integration feedback into Product and Engineering to improve roadmap prioritisation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
•5+ years delivering implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services implementations.
•4+ years in client-facing delivery or professional services in a fast-paced environment (e.g., SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration).
•Proven ability to deliver cross-functional projects with stakeholders including C-level executives, technical teams, and operations.
•Experience implementing ERP, accounting, or expense platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and understanding associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds).
