Job Summary

Lead and grow a team of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers to deliver successful Celonis deployments for public sector customers across North America. Own delivery and governance across project portfolios, drive measurable business impact and fast ROI, and manage resource capacity and utilization. Partner closely with Sales and Value Engineering on services sales cycles and proposals, and lead value/adoption planning including onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer.

•Lead and develop a team of 10+ Consultants and Project Managers to drive successful Celonis technology deployments for public sector customers across North America.
•Run end-to-end delivery: manage project portfolios, ensure timely high-quality deployments, handle escalations, and deliver measurable business impact and fast time to first value.
•Support services revenue by partnering with Sales and Value Engineering on services sales cycles, including project scoping and service proposal creation.
•Drive value and adoption by ensuring project governance, delivering ROI-focused improvements, and incorporating adoption plans (onboarding, training, knowledge transfer).
•Manage people and capacity: forecast resource needs, monitor utilization, and proactively manage hiring, attrition, productivity, morale, and team motivation.
