Customer Service & Sales Operations Internship

Support Thales’ Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by handling order demand record-keeping, tracking forecasts and sales data, and reporting insights. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain order and demand control, follow sales data through to manufacturing, and provide day-to-day operational assistance. This hybrid internship builds hands-on experience in sales operations and customer service management while strengthening communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
