Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate MDM initiatives, aligning data strategy with business goals.
  • •Manage large volumes of master data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across domains.
  • •Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to close data gaps.
  • •Drive data governance practices by developing and enforcing standards, policies, and procedures, including timely CRM updates.
  • •Support Salesforce data migration and TPH integration with ERP, and continuously improve MDM tools and workflows using analytics and AI-enabled monitoring.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or similar.
  • •At least 6 years of technical and customer domain industry experience.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in Master Data Management.

  • •Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
