Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute a member roadmap aligned to business objectives.
  • •Proactively engage prospective members, build member relationships, and run re-engagement and feedback mechanisms for retention.
  • •Direct and streamline enrollment for new members into health lounge programs and support lounge innovation for launches.
  • •Plan and execute on-ground activities and communication initiatives to promote health lounge offerings using multiple channels.
  • •Establish and maintain a PMO framework to coordinate teams and support proposals, timelines, budgets, deliverables, risk tracking, and progress reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
