Job Summary

Support U.S. Bank’s Global Corporate Trust Services by managing collateralized debt obligation (CLO) trust reporting activities. You’ll read and interpret trust indentures, build report specifications, set up payment calculations, reconcile periodic collateral data, and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports. Perform trade testing and quality control reviews, while coordinating with operations, asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

•Read and interpret trust indentures to meet reporting requirements and create technical report specifications.
•Set up payment calculations in in-house systems and receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
•Make tax elections as required, file for EINs, and track residual holder transfers.
•Perform portfolio compliance tests (trade testing) and compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports.
•Conduct quality control reviews to meet timeliness and accuracy standards, coordinating with operations and stakeholders.

•Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
•Proficient computer navigation skills using Microsoft Office applications.
