Job Summary

Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Assist customers in person, by phone, or via online ordering; prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery; and proactively identify opportunities to grow sales. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve business performance, while also helping with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks in a safe environment.
