Architect the data ecosystem behind Wise’s Marketing Platform, shaping how tracking, attribution, CRM tooling, and privacy controls integrate into a scalable Customer Data Platform. Own the end-to-end data flow from warehouses to global ad platforms, translate technical risks into business impacts for executives, and partner with marketing, analytics, legal, and engineering to prove ROI on multi-market campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the architecture of the Marketing Platform data stack, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution, and LTV models.
•Serve as the PM interface for CRM and marketing teams, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions and SDK deployments.
•Lead Privacy, Compliance & Data Governance efforts, evolving consent management and data retention/deletion across the stack.
•Guide MarTech strategy and architecture, evaluating vendors and expanding signals to new ad platforms while communicating risks and impacts to leadership.
•Translate technical changes into business impact, quantifying platform and compliance risk in business terms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 93,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven PM experience in marketing technology, data infrastructure, or a similarly technical domain.
•Ability to think architecturally and map how tools and services interact as a system; experience with data products is a plus.
•Solid grasp of tracking and attribution fundamentals: event pipelines, pixel and SDK integrations, mobile measurement, and data flow from device to ad platform.
•Working knowledge of GDPR, DMA, ATT, and how privacy regulation shapes marketing technology capabilities.
•Demonstrable experience working closely with CRM and paid marketing teams, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
