Job Summary

Lead aviation projects through the full lifecycle in a multidisciplinary consultancy environment, overseeing schedule, cost, interfaces, variations, contracts, and risk. Own the Project Execution Plan aligned to contractual standards and coordinate closely with airport stakeholders. Manage and coach a team of Project Managers, drive performance reporting, change control, design reviews, and risk governance. Handle NEC/ECC-specific submissions, contractual communications, and compensation events to ensure delivery objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and monitor project delivery across schedule, interfaces, cost, variations, contracts, and risk, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain the Project Execution Plan aligned with contracting entity standards, governance, and delivery methodologies.
•Lead and manage a team of Project Managers, overseeing day-to-day activities and implementing controls to meet cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectives.
•Coordinate project interfaces and manage design consultants/external service providers, including chairing design review meetings and communicating design acceptance.
•Manage project change control, project information flow with the client, and the compensation event process under NEC/ECC requirements.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 7+ years’ experience delivering projects in the construction and infrastructure sector, including aviation and similarly complex work.
•Strong experience working within a live airport operational environment with due consideration for operational, safety, and stakeholder requirements.
•Proven site-based project delivery experience, including hands-on construction management plus office-based project responsibilities.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and document construction project management best practices, policies, procedures, and delivery standards.
•Experience managing delivery as a client-side Project Manager and leading a significant multidisciplinary team across concurrent projects.
