Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical focal point throughout the tendering process for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Develop full lifecycle upgrade, modification, retrofit, and replacement solutions for control systems.
  • •Provide technical support across tender stages, from concept development through proposal submission and project handover.
  • •Produce bid support documentation including functional specifications, system architecture diagrams, I/O schedules, equipment lists, and related materials.
  • •Identify and communicate technical, delivery, and quality risks throughout the tendering lifecycle while recommending upgrade/retrofit/replacement options for third-party supplied systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven experience developing technical proposals and commercial offers for industrial control systems.
  • •Knowledge of software-based control systems, industrial communication networks, Modbus, and TCP/IP Ethernet.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical power system designs, generator control systems, and switchgear configurations to build technical and functional specifications.
  • •Awareness of IEC 61850 standards for power system communications (preferred).
