•Build intelligent systems to standardize recommendation strategy definitions, support offline evaluation, and retire ineffective strategies and related code configurations.
•Leverage large model capabilities for adaptive tuning and implement fault diagnosis for fault tracking, localization, and analysis.
•Balance cost and efficiency when applying generative technologies to recommendation systems under limited resources.
•Process massive heterogeneous cross-domain data, improve data quality and accuracy, standardize data supply for cross-domain recommendation models, and ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
•Develop low-cost, high-performance storage engines and flexible schema evolution, and build multimodal heterogeneous computing frameworks centered on Python.

Key Requirements

•Final year PhD graduate in Computer Science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
•Strong research and practical experience in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, data modeling, or algorithm optimization.
•Excellent programming skills with strong command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
