Key Responsibilities

•Create and maintain structured technical content using DITA/XML in AEM Guides and AEM Sites for publishing and lifecycle management.
•Develop Python-based automation for content processing, validation, and workflow optimization.
•Define and maintain metadata, taxonomy, and classification frameworks across DAM systems; optimize search and retrieval.
•Integrate API and LLM-based services to support content tagging, summarization, and retrieval.
•Ensure adherence to content governance, standards, and best practices across content ecosystems.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in technical writing using DITA/XML and structured authoring (topics, maps, reuse).
•Proficiency in Python programming for automation and system integration.
•Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and AEM Sites for content workflows.
•Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services and exposure to REST APIs/JSON integrations.
•Knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, metadata, taxonomy, and retrieval-based concepts (e.g., RAG).
