Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient plant operations.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
  • •Visually inspect and diagnose problem machines to locate malfunction causes; measure parts for wear/misalignment.
  • •Document repairs and maintenance activities and complete required safety checks and change control documentation.
  • •Uphold safety, quality, ISO standards, and GMP compliance, including use of LOTO and reporting issues to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •1-4 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (or equivalent).
  • •Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills for repairing and maintaining equipment.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using schematic diagrams and equipment manuals/work orders.
  • •High school graduate or equivalent; 2+ years manufacturing/technical school and/or Associates degree preferred.
  • •Physical ability to perform required tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs and complying with safety/PPE requirements.
