Key Responsibilities

•Analyze client risk profiles and exposures to design tailored property coverage solutions.
•Develop and present marketing proposals for renewals and new business to external clients and underwriters.
•Negotiate terms, premiums, and coverage with underwriters to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
•Collaborate with Account Executives and brokers to deliver accurate, compliant documentation and service.
•Mentor and guide Associate Brokers to build a high-performing broking team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 83,200 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong preference for property risk
•RIBO license required
•exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and establish relationships with clients and insurers
•strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
