Job Summary

Lead the design and deployment of end-to-end supply chain processes for Life Sciences organizations, standardizing procurement (source-to-pay), inventory management, warehousing, and order management. Configure NetSuite SCM capabilities such as item masters, inventory locations, lot/serialized inventory, replenishment, and order-to-cash workflows. Drive traceability requirements, support demand planning and inventory allocation, and lead SCM UAT and business readiness plus data migration activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy end-to-end supply chain processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Order Management.
•Define supplier management processes and design requisition, approval, and purchase order workflows; standardize procurement policies and reporting.
•Design inventory operating model, inventory policies and controls, and configure item masters, inventory locations, lot control, serialized inventory, cycle counting, inventory transfers, and replenishment planning.
•Design order-to-cash process flows, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns; standardize customer service workflows and support demand planning and inventory allocation.
•Support Life Sciences traceability, product genealogy, and regulatory/quality-driven inventory controls; lead SCM UAT/business readiness and data migration (vendor/customer/inventory masters, open POs, open sales orders, inventory balances).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
•8+ years of supply chain transformation experience.
•5+ years implementing NetSuite SCM capabilities.
•Strong expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
