Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deploy end-to-end supply chain processes across Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Order Management.
  • •Define supplier management processes and design requisition, approval, and purchase order workflows; standardize procurement policies and reporting.
  • •Design inventory operating model, inventory policies and controls, and configure item masters, inventory locations, lot control, serialized inventory, cycle counting, inventory transfers, and replenishment planning.
  • •Design order-to-cash process flows, including order capture, fulfillment, shipping, invoicing, and returns; standardize customer service workflows and support demand planning and inventory allocation.
  • •Support Life Sciences traceability, product genealogy, and regulatory/quality-driven inventory controls; lead SCM UAT/business readiness and data migration (vendor/customer/inventory masters, open POs, open sales orders, inventory balances).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of supply chain transformation experience.
  • •5+ years implementing NetSuite SCM capabilities.
