Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and run the GPPT operating model, including processes, governance, forums, capacity modeling, and metrics.
  • •Develop reports and dashboards to meet key reporting requirements.
  • •Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve GPPT efficiency, scalability, and customer impact.
  • •Enhance business processes through data-driven decision-making, including analysis of system operations and workflow challenges.
  • •Define and monitor annual/quarterly OKRs and oversee cross-functional global programs such as the churn initiative.

  • •7+ years of work experience in strategic/operational roles at high-growth tech companies or consulting.
  • •High comfort with ambiguity: scope undefined operational problems, design solutions, and drive to completion with minimal oversight.
  • •Experience building operational foundations from the ground up, including strategic planning and reporting.
  • •Project/program management experience and ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders independently.
  • •Technical proficiency in AI tools to automate workflows as needed, including strong analytical rigor and proficiency in SQL.
