Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Creative Engineering Architecture: Drive the design and implementation of high-performance backends for ad creative generation, owning the architectural vision for brand asset preservation and style consistency.
  • •Advanced Editing & Asset Workflows: Lead end-to-end image and video editing engines, designing APIs and logic for complex asset manipulation while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • •Scale Performance Feedback Systems: Build scalable systems to ingest high-volume performance data and optimize the generation flywheel linking ad performance to the creative engine.
  • •Optimize Model Orchestration & Efficiency: Address high-concurrency inference, latency optimization, and cost-efficient scaling for Reddit’s ACE platform.
  • •Robust Safety & Compliance Systems: Design and maintain middleware for content filtering and compliance to prevent non-compliant content from reaching users.
