Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Service Manager with day-to-day Service Center operations and manage the service team and service business, including customer service interactions, reporting, and repairs.
  • •Oversee performance management by evaluating employee performance and providing consistent feedback to drive results.
  • •Support selection, training, and development of service employees, including follow-up on training and participation in learning activities.
  • •Manage timecards and schedules; address client concerns and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • •Ensure compliance and quality by understanding industry standards/regulations, delegating service tasks to repair vehicles on time, and performing quality control checks after repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Automotive service experience with KPI knowledge such as Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Repair Completion Time, Days Down, and PDI Completion/Turnaround time.
  • •Ability to learn quickly and take on more responsibility to grow into management.
  • •Track record of excellence in customer service and strong collaboration to motivate and lead individuals, groups, and vendors.
  • •Exceptional organization and communication skills, including written/verbal communication and working independently and collaboratively.
  • •Advanced ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software, plus ability to assist with repairs as needed.
