Key Responsibilities

  • •Support GIS and Business Intelligence, big data, and AI/ML personnel with business technology alignment, solution discovery, and service management.
  • •Analyze business requirements and assist in designing and developing BI, big data, and AI/ML solutions, including application/platform configuration.
  • •Prepare and execute test scenarios and data conversions, documenting results across multiple testing types (unit through acceptance).
  • •Provide BI/big data/AI-ML application and platform support by monitoring production systems, ensuring performance/availability, and addressing SLA targets.
  • •Perform system analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis for incidents/outages, and support governance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to analyze business requirements/issues and convert them into functional and technical specifications for BI, big data, and AI/ML solutions.
  • •Experience preparing and documenting software application and technical platform configuration, including test scenarios across unit, integration, performance, regression, and acceptance.
  • •Ability to provide BI, big data, and AI/ML application/platform support to meet performance, availability, service levels, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • •Proficiency in system analysis and debugging to identify root causes for incidents and outages, including performing root cause analysis (RCA).
  • •Working knowledge of governance processes such as project management, change management, and relevant standards/controls (including potential SOX controls/testing).
