Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet, greet and direct guests to their destinations, managing guest arrivals and departures per hotel standards.
  • •Escort and seat guests; assist guests and other employees with luggage storage and retrieval; offer car door assistance and call taxis.
  • •Valet parking of guest cars and ensure keys are securely stored; assist with luggage using buggies when required.
  • •Keep lobby area tidy and organized; provide directions and information about the hotel and local area; respond to guest needs quickly and courteously.
  • •Work night shift when required and assist with any other duties as required by management.
