Job Summary

Guide customers through the end-to-end implementation of the Box platform. Lead project planning, resource management, and delivery from kickoff through ongoing adoption and expansion, coordinating with stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams. Translate business needs into use cases, provide best-practice design/configuration advice, manage progress and risks, troubleshoot issues, and support large-scale data migrations for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead new Box customer implementations, including project plan and project resource management.
•Execute customer-specific roadmap activities: solution concepting, initial onboarding support, and adoption/enablement planning.
•Manage project progress while handling issues and risks, managing resources, and reporting status to stakeholders.
•Understand customer use cases and requirements, and advise on design/configuration using enterprise and industry best practices.
•Support troubleshooting during deployment, assist with large-scale data migration, and propose end-to-end solutions across Box and partner products.

Key Requirements

•4-year degree.
•2+ years of consulting experience via IT organizations (internal consulting) or external consulting at a consulting firm/software provider.
•Experience in project management, with strong customer management and the ability to plan and manage execution with customers.
•Experience participating in enterprise-scale deployments.
•Desire to work in a fast-paced growth environment and be a proactive team player.
