Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide production support across agreed control-support processes, including routine follow-ups and first-level checks.
  • •Produce recurring management information and regulatory reporting drafts/outputs, including collation, formatting, pack assembly, and scheduled delivery coordination.
  • •Perform first-level validation for completeness/consistency and clearly flag exceptions/anomalies with supporting evidence.
  • •Support non-financial risk by maintaining trackers and preparing governance-ready inputs and packs.
  • •Execute scripted/routine testing (UAT/regression/control testing) with evidence capture and communicate results, exceptions, and status updates.

Key Requirements

  • •8–14 years producing management information and regulatory-style reporting outputs with strong validation routines.
  • •Strong technical skills in Excel, including working with large datasets, pivots/lookups, reconciliations, and trend/error analysis.
  • •Proven delivery experience in offshore/shared services operations, working to deadlines and service levels.
  • •Bachelor’s degree is required, with strong documentation and evidence/audit-trail discipline.
  • •Experience executing testing with evidence capture and structured reporting of outcomes.
