Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One, exercising accountability over P&L for a business segment and strategic planning with a 1-6-month horizon.
  • •Develop and implement product and pricing strategies for lending products, including product-level modeling and analytics.
  • •Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and support strategic intent for products distributed through various channels.
  • •Improve credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using monitoring and analysis.
  • •Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute product strategy while overseeing multiple projects and programs concurrently.

Salary: USD 246,438 - 406,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in a quantitative/related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • •5 years of experience performing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • •3 years of experience performing people management.
  • •3 years of experience performing project management.
  • •Ability to live within commuting distance of the New York, NY office for telecommuting.
