Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the client Project Manager and oversee the overall construction effort as required
  • •Provide strategic input at project conception and advise on approaches to achieve client objectives
  • •Support procurement of resources and manage contract and budget ownership for assigned direct contracts
  • •Create and coordinate the Project Execution Plan and ensure completion of GC PEP activities
  • •Coordinate and document site progress through meetings, minutes, and reporting with the construction team

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
  • •Engineering or Architecture degree
  • •Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager with performance measurement and client solutions
  • •PMI certification is a plus
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish for meetings, reports, and presentations
