Job Summary

Operate dump trucks to transport dirt, aggregates, asphalt, and other materials to job sites and support yard work by stockpiling and moving materials. Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections, monitor vehicle gauges, and maintain mileage and delivery logs with required billing paperwork. Coordinate with crew and dispatch, load/unload materials, cover loads with tarps, perform minor servicing, and follow safety policies and DOT/OSHA/MSHA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate dump truck safely on public highways, in the yard, and at job sites to deliver materials.
•Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and complete required documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
•Maintain accurate logs of truck hours, deliveries, and mileage, and complete required paperwork for billing.
•Communicate with crew and dispatch to relay information and ensure accountability for broker trucks.
•Load and unload equipment/materials, cover loads with tarps when required, perform minor servicing, and follow company safety policies.

•Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
•Must maintain a CDL B license.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
