Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform TPM 6S audits, conduct Gemba walks in the fab, and report performance to site leadership.
  • •Collaborate with areas to apply TPM steps, prioritize tasks, and escalate roadblocks to implementation.
  • •Host and participate in site and Asia/Global TPM meetings and forums, and propose new TPM projects and improvements.
  • •Identify TPM program gaps using site BKMs and lead labor efficiency programs and related sub-projects.
  • •Standardize practices and BKMs across process areas worldwide; align PM procedures, MVC, and PAR across the Micron network and support procedures access and PM success measurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant (desirable).
  • •In-depth knowledge of process and equipment perspectives.
  • •Experience applying area methods, systems, and tools across multiple process areas.
  • •Good English skills and ability to lead and coordinate area teams within the site.
