•Administer and maintain network, firewall, and Zscaler environments to ensure persistent security and enterprise operational uptime.
•Manage Microsoft technologies, cloud server infrastructure, and security patch cycles to keep infrastructure hardened and up to date.
•Use AI and automation tooling to eliminate repetitive manual administration tasks and accelerate infrastructure operations.
•Own the multi-year roadmap for network and firewall modernization, including Lucanet’s Berlin data centre and cloud environments.
•Proactively monitor system health, remediate emerging risks, resolve escalated tickets, and collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to align changes with business objectives and sprint delivery.
