Job Summary

Translate business needs and stakeholder priorities into clear, actionable requirements for the ServiceNow platform. Own requirement quality from demand intake through design, build, testing, deployment, and adoption. Partner across process, product, platform, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, maintainable workflows across modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, CMDB, ITOM, GRC, and more. Support governance, impact assessments, adoption readiness, and continuous improvement using ServiceNow insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with stakeholders and process/product/platform teams to capture and clarify business requirements for ServiceNow initiatives.
•Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional requirements, and backlog items.
•Analyze current-state processes and support future-state workflow design on the ServiceNow platform; align requirements with architects and functional leads.
•Maintain backlog, support sprint activities, and define/support test scenarios, UAT planning, defect triage, and business validation.
•Ensure governance compliance and support adoption readiness via process documentation, training inputs, communication, and transition readiness activities.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in enterprise IT platforms.
•Strong experience with ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, or platform operations.
•Good understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB) with exposure to HRSD, CSM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, or Legal Service Delivery as an advantage.
•Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business requirements, and functional specifications.
•Experience in Agile delivery (sprint ceremonies, backlog management, UAT, and release support).
