Guide external developers integrating with Loop’s public APIs—helping them plan, set up, and launch successful integrations. You’ll manage sandbox environments, troubleshoot integration issues with internal Engineering and Product, and support validation and testing before go-live. Create client-facing technical documentation, partner with Onboarding to launch Loop Anywhere clients, and translate real-world feedback from developers back into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide external developers through Loop’s APIs and help them plan integrations before building.
•Set up and maintain sandbox environments for integration partners to build and test against Loop’s platform.
•Support developers through testing and validation so integrations work as expected before go-live.
•Troubleshoot integration issues and work with internal Engineering and Product teams to unblock developers.
•Create and maintain client-facing technical documentation and collaborate with the Onboarding team to train and launch new clients.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience as a software engineer with exposure to APIs, integrations, and developer-facing platforms.
•Comfort working with modern web stacks; experience with PHP/Laravel is a plus.
•Ability to write clear, useful technical documentation (API references, step-by-step guides, tutorials).
•Hands-on experience with webhooks, event-driven patterns, or third-party integrations.
•Energized by working directly with developers and translating technical complexity into actionable guidance.
