Key Responsibilities

•Lead dealership Service and Parts operations to achieve financial and customer satisfaction targets.
•Oversee KPI reviews and implement action plans based on performance metrics.
•Maintain facilities, manage facilities vendors, and enforce safety, OSHA requirements, and loss-prevention measures.
•Serve as primary liaison with OEM representatives across service, parts, and facility compliance.
•Recruit, develop, and mentor Service and Parts teams, sponsor training/certification programs, and lead Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives.

•Lead all aspects of the dealership’s Service and Parts operations to achieve revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
