Assoc. Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs

Support the Sr. Counsel for Telemundo Network’s Business & Legal Affairs team by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting a wide range of corporate and partnership agreements. Provide legal support to internal communications, corporate affairs, facilities, operations, and technology groups, including regulatory, privacy/cyber, safety/global security, AI, publicity, and partnerships. Manage day-to-day contract matters, create deal summaries, update form contracts, and deliver guidance through presentations and training.
