HR/ People Senior Advisor FTC - 6 months

Own Tier 2 employee life-cycle services within the EMEA People Services team, serving as the escalation contact from Tier 1. Deliver onboarding/offboarding, manage benefits and leave coordination across EMEA, and ensure payroll input accuracy and compliant statutory/regulatory HR reporting. Maintain and improve HR operating processes, partner with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors on SLA and employee experience, and act as the first contact for local labor authorities.
