Job Summary

Design and deliver ServiceNow enterprise and platform strategy for clients by combining architecture, governance, and hands-on module configuration. Lead advisory engagements to shape future-state roadmaps, assess current capabilities, and drive process optimization across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM. Build and customize core ServiceNow modules, manage integrations, and support health scans and scalability reviews. Collaborate on proposals and SOWs for ServiceNow advisory and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead client engagements to assess current ServiceNow capabilities and define future-state process and platform strategies.
•Develop platform roadmaps aligned with business goals and technical priorities, including value assessments and adoption strategies.
•Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery, and others) and perform technical health/scalability assessments.
•Manage third-party integrations (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, SCCM, JAMF) and ensure conformance to best practices and licensing strategies.
•Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to draft proposals and SOWs, including effort estimation, scope definition, and deliverable alignment.

Key Requirements

•8 to 11 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across multiple modules.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
•Experience leading advisory consulting and technical delivery for client engagements.
•Experience writing proposals, creating SOWs, and presenting solutions to clients.
•ServiceNow certifications required: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator; Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM - Discovery/Event Management/Service Mapping, or ITAM - Hardware/Software).
